What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently use Hermes for all our deliveries. UK delivery charge is free for orders over £14.99 and £3.95 for any orders £14.99 or under.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Most orders usually take between two to three working days. But please allow up to seven working days before emailing us.

What if I am out when my order arrives?

In case you are out when the parcel arrives, the delivery person will leave you a card indicating where to pick up your order.

You can make payment via PayPal, Klarna and Stripe.

PayPal accepts nearly all major card types (excluding American Express). 

Klarna accepts nearly all major card types (including American Express). 

With Klarna you can buy now pay later giving you 30 days to pay, once your order has been dispatched. Please see Klarna for terms and conditions.

Klarna also has an interest free instalments feature helping you to spread the cost of your purchase through interest-free instalments

Stripe accepts most major Visa, Debit and Mastercard payments.  

Customers can shop online in confidence with UK Bag Store using our secure payment gateways. 

Our payment methods utilise point to point encryption, making payments on our site is totally secure.

Any website that uses HTTPS is using an SSL (secured socket layer). This encrypts any data inputted into the site or being provided on the site. Encryption keeps all information secure from being hacked.

Please return your item within 10 days of receiving delivery.

Should you wish to return your order please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Let us know you wish to return an item by contacting us at sales@ukbagstore.co.uk and we will advise you of return address for postage.
Please indicate the reason for returning the product(s).
Do you require a refund or change for a different bag?

 

Step 2: Pack the item(s) you are returning, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

We recommend you using tracked returns. Return postage costs are not covered by UKBagstore

Note: Items not received and deemed lost in the postal system are not the responsibility of UKBagstore.

In case you are out when the parcel arrives, the delivery person will leave you a card indicating where to pick up your order. 

In case the parcel is taken to the nearest delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel. 

In the case the parcel is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
